Biedermann Motech iMAS360™ procedure demonstration together with RealSpine

Updated: Jul 26, 2019

iMAS360™, an integrated mini-open, microsurgical 360 fusion procedure for the lumbar spine, was presented by Biedermann Motech during the recent iMAS360™ Symposium in Aarau, Switzerland. Several specialized surgeons presented and explained the characteristics and  clinical benefits of iMAS360™ to a group of Swiss surgeons from the area of orthopedics, trauma and neurosurgery on our Spondylolisthesis RealSpine Model with Realists Imaging System. One of the advantages of the iMAS360™ procedural solution, which integrates modular pedicle screws and a steerable cage platform, is that the 360 fusion and decompression can be done through one small posterior midline skin incision without the need for k-wires or screw extensions (https://vimeo.com/314494854).

Biedermann Motech ( https://www.biedermann.com) is a mid-sized, family owned group of companies with headquarters in Germany (Villingen-Schwenningen) and the USA (Miami) and pioneer in the spinal market for more than 30 years. It developed the world’s first polyaxial pedicle screw system (MOSS System®). Today the focus is on solutions for complex spinal surgery as well as advanced less invasive procedures.
