RealSpine Training OR at the DWG 2018

The German Society for Spine Surgery (DWG) is certainly the largest spine society in Europe. Therefore, being present as an exhibitor is a great possibility to meet spine experts from different European countries. It was particularly exciting for us to be represented there with our own booth this year. For this we have thought of something special: a training OR to present RealSpine and to conduct live surgeries. Now the fair is over and we draw a positive balance. There have been many interesting discussions and we have welcomed many visitors, neurosurgeons, orthopedists and representatives from the industry. We were able to show that our training system can be used anywhere and at any time. In several "Meet the expert" sessions at the Zeiss booth, Prof. Dr. med. Luca Papavero and Dr. med. Andreas Korge performed a live discectomy on RealSpine and made their knowledge and expertise available to all participants by explaining and commenting on the surgical steps. We would like to thank everyone involved for their commitment and also those who came to visit us. We look forward to DWG next year!
