• Base stations and imaging systems: Warranty valid for twelve months from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, REALISTS provides free software updates to ensure optimal performance. Note that software updates are not guaranteed after five years from the delivery date.

Solutions for Warranty Claims

If a product does not meet the warranty terms, REALISTS offers the following options:

• Repair: We will repair the item at no cost.
• Replacement: A replacement product will be provided.
• Proportional Refund: In some cases, a refund reflecting the item’s condition may be issued.

For OEM products (e.g., laptops, cameras), warranty coverage is limited to the terms provided by the original manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:

1. Failure to conduct inspections or maintenance as advised by REALISTS.
2. Disregard for proper usage or storage instructions.
3. Manipulation of goods, including unauthorized software installations.
